Japanese Mempo with red lacquer finish

Good condition Japanese Samurai Mempo with a strong visual expression. Steel mempo and Yodare-kake, all covered with a typical red sandpaper like lacquer. Some cracks left and right in the lacquer visible on the pictures. Distance between ears is 16cm.
