Early SA Dagger by Aug. Merten

Early heavy production SA dagger made by Aug. Merten Ww. Nickel silver cross guards and scabbard fittings. Brown anodised scabbard with multiple corrosion spots. All 4 scabbard screws are in place. Cross guard is Gau marked “S”. Clean steel blade with etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto on the front. Aug. Merten makers mark etched on the backside. The original crossgrain is still visible on the blade. The tip of the blade is bent as can be seen on the pictures!
