Dress Bayonet by Eickhorn

Worn condition German WW2 dress bayonet made by Eickhorn. Note the hilt hook is broken off and the bayonet is the short model but the scabbard is for the long model. Nickel plated zinc hilt. Black bakelite grip plates held on by two steel rivets. The grip plate on the backside has two cracks. Clean short model nickel plated steel blade, stamped on the backside with the Carl Eickhorn makers mark. Leather buffer pad in place. Repainted black steel scabbard, long model.
