Copper French romance dagger

A very fine example of a highly detailed French romance dagger made in copper (non magnetic). The front of the dagger shows a man with a hat and a woman being intimate, the back of the dagger shows another man stabbing the man with the hat in the back. The scenes on the scabbard are also projected on the blade with highly detailed etch-work and blued steel. This dagger dates from the late 19th century. The total length is 32,5cm, the blade length is 19,5cm.
