Red Cross Social Welfare Officer’s Dagger

Rare Deutsche Rote Kreuz Social Welfare Officer’s dagger in decent condition, featuring a zinc crossguard and pommel. The top screw is damaged, as is common with DRK daggers. The grip is made of orange celluloid. The steel blade shows light corrosion marks and cross-grain on both sides. The leather buffer pad is in place, and the nickel-plated scabbard has both screws in place. There is some nickel missing on the front of the scabbard. The scabbard has a dent on the side. This is a Social Welfare scabbard, identifiable by its large round hanger hooks. Attached to the dagger is a long silver portepee in fantastic condition.
