A rarely seen short model Luftwaffe boot knife with a total length of 22.5 cm. The wooden grip is made from a single piece, with the blade tang running to the top. There are multiple wormholes in the wood. The blade is riveted to the grip with two steel rivets. Note the reverse mounting of the knife, making the cutting edge sit on the other side. This might indicate that the knife was made for left-handed use. The steel blade shows signs of rust but remains in decent condition.
