German WW2 RAD (Reich Labour Service) officer’s dagger made by Ernst Pack. Typical eagle head grip with the RAD symbol on the cross guard. White celluloid grip plates with some cracks and a restoration on the spine of the grip where a piece of each grip plate has been filled in with a white filler. This area is perfectly flush and well restored. Steel blade with the “Arbeit adelt” motto etched on the front and the 1st version logo by Ernst Pack etched on the back together with the RAD RJAD Ges. Gesch. logo. Perfect smooth fit in the scabbard. Silver-plated steel scabbard in decent condition. Both scabbard screws are in place.
