Orange grip RAD Officers dagger by Herder

Rare orange grip variant of the RAD officers dagger made by Richard A. Herder. The condition is medium with a silver plated aluminum hilt that has a lot of loose silver and bubbles. The orange grip plates have a different color on the front and backside which is something I have seen before with these daggers. The steel blade is in good condition etched on the frontside with the RAD motto “Arbeit adelt” and etched on the backside with the Rich. A. Herder Solingen makers mark. The cutting edge of the blade is slightly sharpened. The blade sits slightly loose in the hilt making it “wobble”. The steel scabbard is in beautiful condition with a lot of white frosting still present. Both scabbard screws are also in place.
