NPEA Dagger by Burgsmüller

Original WW2 German NPEA Napola dagger made by Karl Burgsmüller. The dagger features aluminum cross guards, with the top one engraved on the front with the text “N.P.E.A. PLÖN OSTERN 1943”. Plön was a famous NPEA school. Clean wooden NPEA grip, fitting well to the cross guards. Clean steel blade with crossgrain on both sides, etched with the NPEA motto “Mehr sein als scheinen” on the front and the Karl Burgsmüller Berlin logo on the back. The leather buffer pad is in place. The steel scabbard is made by Eickhorn, as it has a blank scabbard hook on the front with no lines. It has its original green paint in very good condition. Attached is a brown leather frog.
