Navy Officers Dagger by Eickhorn

German WW2 Navy dagger made by Carl Eickhorn. Fire-gilt cross guard and pommel, with a perfectly functioning cross guard button. White celluloid covered wooden grip with intact wire wrapping. Clean nickel-plated steel blade etched on both sides with naval motifs, stamped with the Eickhorn logo on the ricasso. Light corrosion marks. A dark brown felt buffer pad is still in place. The “lightning” scabbard has some denting and still retains both scabbard screws in place. The dagger has a silver portepee attached, with damage to the cord as can be seen on the photos.
