German WW2 Diver’s Knife by J. A. Henckels

Rare German Third Reich diver’s knife made by J. A. Henckels. Heavy brass construction. Total length: 33.5 cm. The original factory varnish is still present. The “scratches” on the scabbard are within this varnish. V-shaped grip. The pommel screw is untouched. The inox blade is in fantastic condition with visible cross-grain. The blade is stamped with the Henckels logo and the inscription “Nicht Rostend,” indicating it is stainless steel. The rubber washer is tightly in place and uncracked. This is a textbook example and very rare.
