French Romance/Art Dagger

Very large and heavy high-quality probably French romance dagger. Highly detailed silver-plated brass grip with a woman holding a dagger, having snakes in her hair and around her feet. A nickel-plated steel blade in a drop point shape, having three grooves on each side. Light corrosion but no sharpening. The blade length is 19.5 cm from the leather buffer pad. Black leather scabbard with highly detailed metal fittings. The bottom fitting has what seems to be some added or unfinished metal pieces attached.
The total length of the dagger in the scabbard is 32.5 cm.
