Etched Infantry Dress Bayonet by Eickhorn

German WW2 dress bayonet with Luftwaffe etched blade made by Eickhorn. Overall fantastic condition. The bayonet is the short model with a total length of 35cm. It has a nickel plated zinc hilt, black bakelite grip plates held on by two steel rivets. The clean nickel plated steel blade has the textbook Eickhorn Infantry etch panel on the front. The backside is stamped on the ricasso with the Eickhorn maker’s mark. The blade has multiple black corrosion spots. The leather buffer pad is in place. The original black painted steel scabbard is in good condition. The bayonet comes with a black leather frog and a white and green bayonet portepee.
