Early RAD Hewer Dagger by E.D. Wüsthof

Early production nickel silver RAD hewer dagger made by E.D. Wüsthof in Solingen. Heavy nickel silver hilt with stag horn grip plates held on by two nickel silver grip screws. Steel blade in used condition etched on the frontside with the RAD motto “Arbeit adelt” and etched on the backside with the E.D. Wüsthof makers mark, the RAD triangle and the “Ges. Gesch.” mark. Steel anodized scabbard with most of the anodized finish worn off. Nickel silver scabbard fittings. All four screws in place. Multiple dents. An overall nice early RAD dagger in decent condition.
