Early Army Officers Dagger by Eickhorn

Good condition Army officer’s dagger made by Carl Eickhorn. A textbook early Eickhorn production featuring a silver plated zinc crossguard and pommel. The cross guard is slightly loose. The grip is made from orange celluloid. The steel blade displays cross-grain on both sides. The backside of the blade is etched with the Carl Eickhorn makers mark. The leather buffer pad is still in place. The steel Eickhorn silver-plated scabbard has a single screw on the backside. It features typical Eickhorn oak leaves on the scabbard bands.
